You simply put all your financial transactions (or copies of them) into an envelope at the end of each accounting period (annually, monthly or quarterly) and send them to us.

E-mail

Your financial data is scanned and then emailed to us at the end of each financial period. This way you are able to keep the originals of each document and we just work with the copies.

Collection Service

Depending on your location we can offer a collection service via our dedicated despatch rider.

In your workplace

Depending on your location we can come to you and work in your office using your accounting package.

Skype

We can talk face to face on Skype to discuss your accounts etc.

MSN Messenger

We can use the typing chat facility or as with Skype we can talk face to face.

Phone

We can arrange an appointment over the phone or even discuss your accounts.
